This weekly class is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced students, with the focus on the fundamental aikido techniques. Classes are structured – beginning with warm up exercises, basic body movements and falling techniques, before moving onto the practice of core aikido techniques.
Extended Class
Periodically we hold an extended practice taught by Sensei Cherry, our Chief Instructor (Dates will be posted on the website). This will be a more intensive and in depth session than allowed in the weekly Class.
